Tire recycling

The Terier company has been engaged in the development and production of tire shredding and recycling machines for a long time.  Tire shredder, heavy duty mills and knife mills are used for crushing tires. We also produce debeaders, cutters for tires and hydrauic shears for tires. These machines are main machines in tire recycling lines. Our crushing and recycling machines are complemented by conveyors, separators and ventilation systems from Czech producers.

We produce and supply two different types of tire recycling lines.

The simple tire recycling line crushes whole tires into crumb with dimensions of 50 x 50 to 150 x 150 mm (according to the setting of the star sieve in the line).

The complete tire recycling line is used to produce rubber granules (typically 1-3 mm) from whole tires.
