For company Pittsburg Corning CR - Foamglas in Klášterec nad Ohří, we produced and supplied a foamglas crushing line.
Crushed material is waste from the production of foamglas, which is placed in plastic container.
The plastic container moves into the loader. It will tip it into the hopper of the double-shaft shredder, which is part of the crushing duo shredder - mill. Unloaded material is roughly crushed in the shredder. It falls directly into a high-speed mill GH500 / 600 with prismatic knives. The mill has 5 mm sieve. Machine parts in contact with highly abrasive foamglas are carbide. Carbide is also welded on the mill knives, which have a hardness of 85 HRC.
The crushed material below 5 mm is extracted by high-performance air conditioning. The whole line is controlled from the central switchboard.
