For the company Remarkplast, we produced a knife mill G 500/900/5/3 90 kW for crushing plastics. The mill rotor has five blades. There are three fixed blades (stator). The blades have an arrow geometry and are composed of two blades. The mill has an input of 90 kW. This knife mill has a 10 mm screen (sieve) and has a capacity of 1,500 kilograms per hour of pre-crushed plastics of approx. 50 mm.
For the Polish company Bader, we produced a knife mill G 500/900/5/2 75 kW for crushing leather scraps into 0 - 2 mm The mill rotor has five blades. There are two fixed blades (stator). The blades have an arrow geometry and are composed of two blades. The mill has an input of 75 kW. This knife mill is equipped with a 2 mm sieve and grinds the leather scraps into a fine powder of 0 - 2 mm.
