Cable recycling plant with throughput 800 -1 000 kg/hour

We delivered cable recycling plant with throughput 800 - 1 000 kg/hour togoether with our partner from Germany, company Europarts. Terier delivered Shredding machines and magnetic separation and company Europarts control system and separation.

This plant is suitable for almost all types of used cables.

First machine in the line is one shaft shredder S1/350  1 500 90 kW. Cables are preshredded in the shredder and continues to the magnetic separation. Preshredded cables without magnetic metal goes to the knive mill G 500/900 90 kW. Grinded cables goes from the mill to the separators, where metal (Cu, Al) is separated from the plastic.
